I recently completed my MS in Information Systems from Santa Clara University, where I strengthened my foundation in cloud computing, AI, machine learning, databases, analytics, and software systems.
My recent work at AWS and Equinix has expanded that foundation into hands-on experience with generative AI, AWS services, RAG-based solutions, workflow automation, microservices, and observability. I have built and demoed POCs, translated customer requirements into technical solutions, and worked across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve adoption, troubleshooting, and customer experience.
